The previous publisher was ETERNO PRESS PTE. LTD., Singapore. All issues published prior to this date (Volumes 1 and 2, 2024-2025) remain the copyright and publication responsibility of the former publisher.

This transfer is part of the journal's strategic development. There will be no change to the journal's aims, scope, editorial board, or peer-review process. The journal's website and submission system will remain unchanged.
